The brand protection reports and analyses we provide are confidential and intended for the Client internal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glaze Seal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we strive to provide accurate and effective brand protection, we make no warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will prevent all instances of brand infringement or security breaches. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We will not disclose Client information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with the Client explicit consent. Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or tools we share during service delivery.
Service fees are as specified in the applicable service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, the Client shall pay all fees due up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glaze Seal, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Handan City, Hebei Province, China.

Continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage Clients to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms of Service, together with any applicable service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Glaze Seal regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
